Meet Holly Bowling

"I like to provide an open, honest, laid-back, stress-free approach to treatment. I mainly focus on medication management, while providing CBT throughout each session as needed. I want my clients to feel comfortable and know they are in a judge-free environment. With the hopes of leaving each session more improved than the last."

I am a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I started my nursing career in 2012 after graduating from Ball State University. As a travel nurse, I have had the opportunity to work in many disciplines where I was able to utilize my knowledge and skills required to provide for those with mental health issues, specifically, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse withdrawal. Growing up in a small town that once had the highest overdose rate per capita, I realized I wanted to turn my focus and attention to helping those not just in my community, but clients all over the country. In my spare time, I am usually found at the gym, or spending time with my husband and dogs.
